cancellation

Cancellations are always something unpleasant - for you, as well as for us. Please inform us immediately if you cancel your holiday or have to cancel and understand that we will charge for cancellations of the booked room as follows:

• up to 30 days before free
• from 29-1 days before 80%
• from arrival or no-show 100%

We recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance, e.g. ERV or one of their choice.

Arrival

You can move into your room from 2 pm on the day of arrival. The arrival time is until 18 o'clock. If you can not get there by then, a later arrival is only possible after prior arrangement by telephone.

departure

On the day of departure the room is available until 11 o'clock.

dogs

You can bring your dog by prior arrangement, we charge a flat rate of € 10.- per day (without food).

So that you have a comfortable stay with your four-legged friend and the other guests, we ask the owners to pay attention to some points:     

• Please always leash     
• Bring blanket or basket     
• He is not allowed in the breakfast room     
• At the breakfast on the terrace you can take him with you

In case of damage or extra cleaning, these will be charged separately.
